Nick Pinotti is the founder and team leader of Auction Marketers, currently known as AuctionNow.bid.  Auction Marketers was founded in 2010, when it became the designated auction partner for HER Realtors of Columbus, Ohio.   Mr. Pinotti’s accomplishments included successfully promoting, managing, and coordinating HER Realtor’s auction events.  Mr. Pinotti built relationships with receivers, institutions, and over 600 real estate agents within the HER Realtors network.  He managed eight auctioneers and excelled in developing an aggressive marketing and media relations campaign that drives exponential growth in assets and the real estate marketplace.

Mr. Pinotti is a motivated achiever with a real estate background dating back to 1993 when he partnered with his family's business, Raisin Vista Development Ltd., a Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company. He worked closely with local real estate investors and commercial and residential realtors to purchase and sell real estate there. He successfully negotiated many contracts for purchase, sale, and lease.

Mr. Pinotti was a member of the 1996 graduating class at the Missouri Auction School and graduated from the World Champion College of Auctioneering in 1999. Both schools awarded him a diploma certifying his completion of the intensive auctioneering course, which included bid calling, public speaking, sales method and practice, salesmanship, business ethics, and personal development. In 2000, Mr. Pinotti completed the premier auction training program at the Certified Auctioneers Institute, where he developed the skills required to operate a successful auction business.

Shortly after graduation, he partnered with Rose Premier Auction Group LLC, where he helped build the company from start-up to 40 million per year. His expertise spans various property types, including premier residential, commercial, builder closeouts, golf courses, and investment properties.

In 2006, Mr. Pinotti founded and branded Max Living Condominiums LLC.  Max Living was created to be a brand everyone recognized and used to purchase, redevelop, and sell apartment buildings to be converted into condominium units for individual sale.  The company completed three projects with over 100 units within the Columbus, Ohio, metropolitan area. 

Mr. Pinotti partnered with the real estate consultant company Valencia Consultants Inc. in 2007.   He successfully assisted in the company’s transformation to a real estate holding company that purchases, leases, and sells residential and commercial properties.   Mr. Pinotti, with Valencia, had multimillion-dollar transactions.  In 2016.  Mr. Pinotti and Valencia Consultants Inc. created a partnership between them and the City of Toledo.  The City of Toledo awarded Valencia Consultants 12 contracts in the first year. Ultimately, the City of Toledo awarded Valencia Consultants over 50 contracts to redevelop homes throughout the city to help stabilize those neighborhoods affected by the foreclosure crisis.

Nick Pinotti is a goal-driven performer and experienced business leader with solid knowledge of real estate, business development, strategic planning, setting, achieving goals, and working within budgets.  He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Northwest Ohio Board Association of Realtors, and the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors in Michigan.  His mission is to serve each client….
